regarding cancellations and new reservations
Cancellations: If you already have a reservation with us but need to cancel due to COVID-19, we will work with you. Please wait until 60 days prior to your scheduled start date before calling us for a refund or to reschedule. At that time, if the travel advisory is still in place, we will either hold your deposit and apply it in full to a future date (in 2020 or 2021) or we can refund your deposit less $50 (to cover our processing and administrative costs). New reservations: We are prohibited from taking new reservations until June 15. If you would like to check on the availability of some dates and would like us to hold those dates for you, just let us know. Once the Governor’s order against new reservations is lifted, we will contact you to convert this hold to a reservation secured with a deposit. Just email email@example.com or call (833) 466-2466
